Organisational Structure

The Chamber operates under a three-tier governance model:

1. Board of Advisors ÔÇö strategic guidance from senior diplomats, academics and industry leaders.
2. Executive Committee ÔÇö day-to-day leadership, programmes and operations.
3. Country Chapters & Sector Councils ÔÇö on-the-ground delivery across BRICS and ASEAN nations.

Each chapter is empowered to convene members, host events and drive bilateral initiatives in alignment with the Chamber's charter.
